*Apple Pie*. Our classic apple pie takes a shortcut with easy Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust! Baked with a filling of fresh apples and warm spices, there is as much simple joy in preparing this pie as there is in eating it. Ingredients of *Apple Pie*

  1. You need of Bahan crust :.
  2. You need of tpg terigu prot sdg (sy,375gr).
  3. You need of margarine+mentega/butter (sy,225 gr).
  4. Prepare of gula halus (sy,5sdm).
  5. It’s of air jeruk lemon (sy, 3/4 sdm).
  6. You need of vanili.
  7. You need of air es (sy, 4 sdm).

  10. You need of kismis (sy, 50gr).
  11. Prepare of kacang almond slice (sy, 2 sdm).
  12. Prepare of gula pasir (sy, 3 sdm).
  13. You need of gula merah (sy, 3/4 keping).
  14. Prepare of air jeruk lemon (sy, 3 sdm).
  15. Prepare of butter.
  16. Prepare of kayu manis bubuk (sy, 3/4 sdm).
  17. It’s of vanili.
  18. It’s of wijen utk taburan (tambahan sy).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour to form a paste. Add water, white sugar and brown sugar, and bring to a boil.

*Apple Pie* instructions

  1. Buat isian. Kupas dan cuci apel lalu potong tipis2/dadu. Tuang apel kedalam wajan, masukkan gula merah dan gula pasir, aduk rata masukkan air jeruk lemon dan kayu manis bubuk.
  2. Aduk rata lalu masukkan vanili, kismis aduk rata masak hingga air surut kemudian masukkan butter, aduk rata, cek rasa.Angkat, biarkan dingin.
  3. Buat crustnya. Campur butter, margarine, gula halus, garam dan vanili, aduk rata lalu masukkan air jeruk lemon, aduk rata kembali.
  4. Masukkan air es dan tepung terigu lalu aduk-aduk dengan garpu hingga berbulir-bulir.
  5. Kemudian uleni dengan tangan hingga kalis. Pisahkan 1/3 adonan untuk anyamannya..lalu Cetak adonan, gilas/giling melebar dengan roling pin, masukkan dalam cetakan dan ratakan bagian pinggirnya dengan rolling pin.
  6. Tusuk-tusuk permukaan adonan dengan garpu lalu tuang isian kedalamnya, sy beri taburan wijen..giling/pipihkan sisa adonan, potong2 memanjang.
  7. Buat anyaman diatas permukaan cetakan dan rapikan sekeliling pinggiran nya tekan2 dengan scrapper. Buat kelopak-kelopak bunga dari sisa adonan.
  8. Lalu buat bunga, tempelkan kelopak-kelopaknya hingga membentuk bunga mawar, rapikan lalu letakkan ditengah-tengah anyaman dan buat daunnya dari sisa adonan/ hias sesuai selera. Kemudian oles seluruh permukaan pie dengan kuning telur.
  9. Oles hingga rata. Oles juga yang dicetakan kecil (sy, cetak diloyang ukuran 16 dan 2 cetakan kecil… Panggang dioven yg sudah dipanaskan 10 menit. Panggang hingga kuning kecoklatan.
  10. Angkat, biarkan hingga dingin. Keluarkan dari cetakan…sajikan pie apple untuk teman ngopi atau pun ngeteh..
