  1. Siapkan bahan utk membuat crust. Hancurkan biscuit sebaiknya jangan terlalu halus supaya ada krenyes2 waktu dumakan.
  2. Tuang margarin cair, aduk rata.
  3. Tuang crust didasar & sisi loyang dengan ketebalan yg sama sambil ditekan2, me loyang bongkar pasang uk 18 cm yg telah dialasi baking paper. Simpan dalam kulkas agar mengeras & kokoh..
  4. Membuat Custard filling : campur 50 ml susu, kuning telur, 32 gr gula & custard powder. Kocok dengan whisk hingga tercampur rata.
  5. Tuang diteflon 200 ml susu, vanili, 32 gr gula masak hingga mendidih sambil sesekali diaduk.
  6. Tuang susu panas sedikit demi sedikit ke mangkuk yg berisi kuning telur sambil terus diaduk dengan whisk agar kuning telur tidak menggumpal hingga susu habis. Tuang kembali ke teflon.

  10. Campur whipped bubuk 100 gr, 2 sdm skm, 100 ml air es/susu mixer dg kecepatan rendah hingga kental berjejak. Ambil 2 sdm whipped cream taruh dipiping bag, utk hiasan.
  11. Tuang custard filling ke whipped cream mix dengan kecepatan rendah hingga tercampur rata. Ambil adonan taruh dalam piping bag.
  12. Ambil crust keluarkan dari loyang beri custard filling.
  13. Letakkan jelly ditengah lalu tuang custard lagi atasnya lalu hias sesuai selera.
