  6. Setelah nastar matang (tandanya bagian bawah nastar berwarna coklat ya) keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan betul² dingin dl sebelum dioles, biar nanti hasil olesanya merekat sempurna, tidak mengelupas saat nastar sudah beberapa lama di luar..
  7. Setelah benar² dingin, oles dg bahan olesan, sekali saja ya moms, gak usah 3x hasilnya tetep kinclong kok, cuma bahan olesanya jangan dicampur apapun, cukup kuning telur kocok aja. Boleh dicampur telur omega ya biar kuningnya cantik, kalau gak ada tambahin aja pewarna makanan yg warna kuning telur 1 tetes aja..

  9. Lalu panggang dg api kecil aja sekitar 130°C selama 10 menitan dg api atas bawah.
  10. Hasil pengamatan saya 😅, setelah bergonta ganti bahan olesan, saya paling suka yang ini, kenapa???? Karena ini bikin nastar relatif lebih awet gak jamuran,.
  11. Saya dl pernah pakai olesan yg dicampur madu, susu cair, minyak goreng, sisa adonan nastar, tp hasil akhirnya lama² nastar lengket kalau sdh di dalam toples dan di buka tutup buat di comot 😂. Dan ini menyebabkan gampang jamuran..
