Lemper Ayam. Lemper ayam is an Indonesian snack consists of steamed glutinous rice filled with spiced chicken floss, and typically wrapped in banana leaves. I think of lemper as Indonesian version of onigiri, except of course we don't eat the banana leaves, just the rice and the filling. And if I have to choose between the two, I will always choose lemper.

  3. Rebus santan, garam, daun salam dan serai dengan api sedang sampai mendidih.. matikan api, masukkan ketan, aduk2 hingga santan meresap.. kukus ketan sampai matang..
  4. Olesi loyang dengan minyak tipis2, sendokkan ketan ke dalam loyang, ratakan dan pipihkan.. sendokkan bahan isi keatas ketan, ratakan.. lapis lagi dengan ketan..
  5. Potong2 sesuai selera, bungkus dengan daun pisang…
