  1. Didihkan air dengan di tambah sedikit garam, setelah mendidih masukan brokoli (bagian dalam batang brokolinya saya pakai juga karena banyak vitaminnnya di bagian batangnya). Masak sebentar 1 menitan saja, angkat dan tiriskan. (brokolinya setelah diangkat langsung di siram air es)..
  2. Parut kejunya, cincang halus brokolinya dan juga bawang Bombay nya juga ya.
  3. Satukan semua bahan dalam wadah, aduk rata. Ambil satu sendok kemudian padatkan dan bulatkan agak lonjong. Taruh di loyang yang sudah di alasi kertas baking dan dioles sedikit margarin..
  4. Panggang di oven yg sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu 15 menitan. Panggang hingga matang kering agak kecoklatan dengan suhu 200 derajat ± 30 ~ 40 menitan sambil di cek ya, sesuaikan oven masing²..
  5. Penampakan setelah keluar dari oven, tempatnya udah geser2, karena saya cek kematangan nya satu2.
  6. Sajikan dengan saus sambal, saus keju atau mayonaise..
