Ingredients of Steamed Wool Roll Bread No Knead Eggless

  1. Aktifkan bahan biang : campur 11/2 sdt ragi instan,10 gr gula pasir dan 150 ml air suam2 kuku,aduk rata,lalu diamkan hingga berbuih banyak(tandanya ragi aktif).
  2. Campur tepung terigu protein tinggi,susu bubuk, garam dan sisa gula pasir,lalu buat lubang ditengahnya, tambahkan larutan ragi,margarin cair,aduk dengan sendok kayu,oles telapak tangan dengan sedikit minyak goreng, dan bulatkan adonan.
  3. Tutup adonan dengan kain bersih atau plastik wharp,diamkan hingga mengembang dua kali lipat.
  4. Setelah mengembang dua kali lipat,kempiskan adonan, bagi jadi 5 bagian,lalu tambahkan pewarna makanan sesuai selera(warna sebaiknya soft saja)bulatkan kembali.
  5. Ambil satu bulatan adonan lalu pipihkan adonan,buat keratan memanjang dan sejajar(buat keratannya jangan terlalu lebar,agar hasil rotinya lebih rapat seperti wool).
  6. Beri isian,lipat adonan,lalu gulung memanjang dan rapatkan.
  7. Tata dalam loyang diameter 20 cm yang sudah dioles margarin, proffing kembali hingga mengembang ringan.
  8. Panaskan panci pengukus terlebih dulu,kukus adonan dengan api sedang selama 25- 30 menit sambil tes tusuk Sajikan dan nikmati bareng keluarga tercinta,,,, hmmm,,,, yummmyyy,,.
