Ingredients of Kari Ayam

  1. Prepare 1/2 ekor of ayam ukuran sedang (aku pakai ayam negeri biasa ya).
  2. You need 1 bungkus of santan kara.
  3. You need of Bumbu Halus.
  4. You need 10 siung of bawang merah.
  5. Prepare 5 siung of bawang.
  6. Prepare 3 siung of cabai merah.
  7. Prepare 4 butir of kemiri (sangrai).
  8. Prepare 1,5 sdt of ketumbar (sangrai).
  9. Prepare 3 ruas jari of kunyit.
  10. It’s of Bumbu Cemplung.
  11. You need 2 lbr of daun salam.
  12. Prepare 1 batang of sereh (geprek).
  13. It’s 2 ruas of laos (geprek).
  14. Prepare 4 lbr of daun jeruk.
  15. Prepare 1 sdt of gula merah (mau pakai gulpas juga gpp yah) ).

Kari Ayam step by step

  1. Cuci bersih ayam yang sudah di potong2 nyaa.
  2. Marinasi ayam pakai jeruk nipis sama bawang putih yg di haluskan, lalu tutup yaa tunggu sampai 15menit.
  3. Rebus ayam sebentar asal ajaa.
  4. Panaskan minyak goreng untuk menggoreng ayam terlebih dahulu.
  5. Campurkan semua Bumbu Halus dan Bahan Cemplung sampai matang dan wangiiiii.
  6. Masukan ayam, aduk rata dengan bumbu biar kecampur rata lalu kasih air sampai si ayam terendam.
  7. Masak sampai mendidih, kecilkan api nyaa buat masukan santan nyaaa ya jangan lupaa santannyaaaaa 🥰.
  8. Kasih gula merah, lau beri penyedap rasaa jangan lupa icip icip biar ga keasinan nanti disangka nya pen nikah lagiii 😂 canda nikah✌️.
  9. Kalo sudah mendidih matiin apinyaa dan siap deh di hidangkan 🤤🤤 jangan lupa kasih taburan bawang goreng yaa biar makin sedeppp.
